Clean Out Package Pick Up

When you purchase the Clean Out Package, you will be asked to book a pick up date for your order.

Once we receive your Clean Out Order, we will send you a Clean Out Bag for you to fill your clothes. If you purchase the Custom Clean Put Package means you will be using your own bag, so we won't send any bag to you.

Our courier team will come to pick up your Clean Out Bag on your booked schedule. The fee is included in the Clean Out Order, so you don't need to pay any  delivery cost.

However, if you buy one Clean Out Bag but give extra bag to us, you will be charged for extra pick up cost. If you buy the Custom Clean Out Package, which means you can use your own bag, no matter how many bags you want to send us, the pick up fee is included, no extra cost will be charged.

Order Delivery

We dispatch the orders twice a week, every Monday and Thursday, and the order cuts off every Wednesday and Sunday. The delivery times may vary depending on your location and below is the estimation time:

  • Hong Kong : 1 or 2 days after we ship the order
  • Asia : 7 - 10 days after we ship the order
  • Rest of the world : about 14 day after we ship the order. However, sometimes remote areas may require longer time.

We’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order and provide you with a tracking number if available. To ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly, we use SF Express for Hong Kong and Asia, and Postal Service or SF Express for the rest of the World. 

Shipping Fee

We offer shipping to Hong Kong, Asia, and the rest of the world. The shipping charges are as follows:

  • Hong Kong : HK$40 / Order
  • Asia Countries : US$10 / Order
  • Rest of the world : US$15 / Order

 

Free Shipping

  • Hong Kong : Spend HK$380 for Free Shipping
  • Asia & Rest of the World : Spend US$60 for Free Shipping
