Clean Out
We will assist you in organizing a professional photo-shoot of your clothing items. Our team will capture their unique qualities, ensuring they shine in their best light.
Sell
Once your items are beautifully presented, our dedicated team will handle the selling process. We will promote your pieces across various platforms, reaching a wide audience of potential buyers in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
Share and Track
As a valued member of our community, we encourage you to share your listings on your social channels to spread the message of circular fashion and increase the chances of your items being sold. Plus, you'll have access to a personalized dashboard where you can easily track the selling status of your listed items.
Payout
When your clothing finds a new home and is sold, you will receive a well-deserved payout. This means that not only are you actively participating in the circular fashion movement, but you are also rewarded for your efforts.

Payouts are calculated based on the net selling price of each item. Occasionally, we may offer promotional discounts, such as for new subscribers or during events like Singles Day. Please note that these discounts will also apply to your listed items and may impact the final net selling price of your items.

Once the payout amount reaches the HK$500 threshold, you are able to withdraw your funds. You may request a payout at any time through your account. After submitting a withdrawal request, the funds will be deposited into your designated credit account.
Payout Date: 15th to 20th of each month

Clean Out FAQ
The Clean Out Package is a bag that we provide to make it easy for you to sell your pre-loved clothing at Rerun. We'll take care of photographing your items, determining a selling price, and listing them on our sales channels.
Simply fill the bag with your pre-loved clothing and send it to us. We'll carefully inspect each item and select the ones that meet our standards for selling. We'll then list the approved items for sale on our website.
We accept a wide variety of clothing in good condition, including tops, pants, dresses, skirts, jackets, accessories, and bags. Please note that we cannot accept undergarments, socks, or items with significant wear and tear.
While we strive to sell as many of your items as possible, we're committed to promoting circular fashion and selling quality clothing that meets our standards. We'll do our best to identify the best pieces to sell.
If we determine that some of your clothing is not suitable for selling due to significant wear and tear or dirt, we'll let you know and give you the option to have it returned to you or donated to be recycled.
Once you've filled the bag with your pre-loved clothing, simply book a courier pickup at your convenience. The pickup cost is covered in the Clean Out Package.
Your payout will be based on the final net selling price of each item, minus our commission and any applicable discounts. You can refer to our payout plan for more information. Additionally, you'll have access to a personalized dashboard where you can track the selling status of your listed items and monitor your earnings.
We carefully consider factors such as the quality, demand, and brand of your items to set a fair selling price. We may adjust the price from time to time based on market demand and other factors, such as the number of views your item receives. Our price adjustments are made with the goal of selling your items faster, so you can receive your payout sooner
We welcome customer feedback and are happy to review the selling price of your items if you have concerns. However, please note that the final selling price is ultimately determined by Rerun.
We're happy if you find a new home for your pre-loved clothing. If your item has not yet sold on Rerun, we can return it to you, but we’ll charge a 15% fee from the selling price of the item. Please note that if your item has already sold on our platform, we cannot return it to you.
